I have come to the decision that my life is very unhealthy. What with all the Cherryade (liquified E numbers) and crisps, chips etc that I eat, I'm not going to lastvery long.
So I was pondering, 1 week or 1 month. Hmm, tough decision. But I think I'll go with the month.
So, here are my plans.
::EATING HEALTH::
No cherryade.
No crisps.
No chips.
Thinner layers of mayo on my sandwiches, etc.
Eating salad with everything.
No chocolate.
The only drink I will have with meals will be MILK.
The only drink I will have between meals will be WATER.
I will ONLY have an unhealthy main meal on SUNDAYS.
This meal will be ROAST*
Breakfast everyday.
Lunch everyday. Even if it means taking a packed lunch into college.
Dinner everyday.
A piece of fruit before I go to bed every night.
::PHYSICAL HEALTH::
I will no longer sit in my room with my curtains closed.
Computer time will end at 11pm sharp.
Bedtime will be at 12am sharp**
Weekday mornings will start at 7:30am***
Thursdays and Saturdays will start at 10:30am.
Saturdays will start at 12:00am.
I will shower once every two days, as a shower a day is too much effort and isn't good for my health.
* - Depending if my mum makes me one.
** - Unless I am behind on my college work.
*** - Not including Thursdays.
